عدالتی ریمانڈ یا جوڈیشل ریمانڈ ایک قانونی اصلاح ہے۔جسمانی ریمانڈ کے دوران جب ملزم سے تفتیش مکمل ہو جاتی ہے تو پھر عدالت اسے جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر جیل بھجوا دیتی ہے، یعنی ملزم سپرنٹنڈنٹ جیل کی تحویل میں چلا جاتا ہے اور وہی اسے عدالت میں پیش کرنے اور واپس جیل لے جانے کا بھی ذمہ دار ہوتا ہے۔ جب عدالت نیب یا ایف آئی اے کو ملزم کا ایک بار جسمانی ریمانڈ دے دیتی ہے تو پھر اس میں دوسری یا تیسری بار توسییع بھی ہو سکتی ہے۔ جسمانی ریمانڈ کے دوران ملزم سے تفتیش مکمل ہونے کے بعد عدالت ملزم کو جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر جیل بھجوا دیتی ہے جہاں اس سے تفتیش نہیں کی جا سکتی۔ جوڈیشل ریمانڈ دینے کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ عدالت نے ملزم کو جیل بھجوانے کے احکامات جاری کر دیے ہیں۔ نیب قوانین کے تحت نیب ملزم کا 90 روز تک کا جسمانی ریمانڈ لے سکتا ہے تاہم عدالت یہاں بھی ایک بار 14 روز سے زیادہ کا ریمانڈ نہیں دے سکتی۔ انھوں نے کہا کہ عدالت کے لیے لازمی نہیں کہ وہ ملزم کا جسمانی ریمانڈ دے، بعض اوقات عدالت ملزم کا جسمانی ریمانڈ دیے بغیر ہی اسے جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر جیل بھجوانے کے احکامات جاری کر دیتی ہے۔ جوڈیشل ریمانڈ پر ملزم سے جیل میں تفتیش
